Hi, I’m Harj Marwaha – Mortgage & Protection Adviser (CeMAP, CeRER)
With more than 22 years in the mortgage world, I’ve helped hundreds of people navigate one of the biggest financial journeys they’ll ever make — from buying their first home right through to building a property portfolio.
I work with clients nationwide, offering flexible appointments in person or remotely to fit around busy schedules.

I truly care about my clients and make it a priority to be approachable, clear, and always available when you need guidance.
I also speak Punjabi, which can make the process much easier for clients who prefer conversations in their first language.
A little about me:
I’ve got a big love for music (perfect for relaxing or dancing!), I enjoy discovering new food — I’ll never say no to good Italian or a great curry — and I’m back to enjoying time in the gym. When life gets hectic, there’s nothing better than a short break to reset and recharge.
